fix: reconcile ArgoCD CRDs during bootstrap
...
The applicationset CRD was missing, making the applicationset controller
crash-loop. Server-side apply is required because the CRD manifest exceeds
the client-side annotation size limit.

The elastic-greenkube namespace no longer exists in the cluster; the
ingresses made the platform-ingresses Application fail to sync.

- app-of-apps root Application + AppProject under clusters/minikube
- managed Applications: VPA, GreenKube (multi-source chart+values), demo app, platform ingresses
- annotated demo workload for the GreenKube PR bot
- bootstrap script: minikube, ingress-nginx, cert-manager, ArgoCD, Gitea, repo seeding
- remove imperative scripts and unused values files
